Burge's is a local staple in Little Rock and for a good reason. Everyone here seems to know each other and it gets pretty busy. Excellent smoked turkey. Potato salad one of the best I ever had. Really good simple smoked turkey sand. Fried pies bomb. Fyi they also sell smoked ham and turkey perfect for the holidays
Old gentrified and non spicy . This is the perfect place for nostalgia . Their Smokey turkey is delicious .

Absolute best smoked turkey salad and pimento cheese spread you will ever eat. This our go to place for road trip food. The people working here are so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
My husband grew up in Little Rock and his is favorite spot! We stopped for lunch! Service is quick and everything is classic! I dream of the cherry limeade when we are back home! I got the turkey po boy and my husband got a turkey salad sandwich!

10+ stars for Burge's. We were on the road and decided to google "foods that Arkansas is famous for" and Burge's came up. We both went "he11 yeah!" We got the turkey CRACK salad sandwiches with onion rings. The turkey crack salad is a literal religious experience. We also each got a fried apple pie and those were to-die also. I picked up a 1/2 pint of crack salad and pimento cheese (another of my southern food quests) and when I was paying, I told the owner that we were traveling, found them online, and it was literally the best meal we'd had thus far. He provided us a generous amount of crackers for our forthcoming food revelry. THIS is why I travel with a Playmate! If I ever make it back to Arkansas, this is on my must-eat for dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed our salad and cheese for the next two nights and closed our eyes in absolute bliss as we savored each bite.
This is a Little Rock classic! Their Turkey Salad is my favorite of all time here. I get their smoked turkey melt, fries, cherry limeade for lunch. My other favorite choice is the catfish, fries, and hush puppies! Their burgers are great here too. The sandwiches come on your white wonder bread type bread but the turkey meat is 5 stars! It's great place for kids and groups of all ages and preferences. The fried pies are delicious Togo as well.
